Research On The DRM-based Security For Documents Flow Systems And Its Implementation

With the age of Web2.0's coming, information's exchanging and sharing become more and more frequently. Enterprise users expect to improve the efficiency of information flow by the exchange of electronic document urgently. Because the digital documents are easy to be copied, modified and spread, they are always under the risk to be filched, juggled, accessed without authorization and illegally distributed, which has hindered the development of the applications based on the digital documents. We still cannot find an outstanding solution based on present material and references although remarkable achievements have been fulfilled in this field: first, the dominant partial protection in many applications can't ensure security for whole life-cycle protection; secondly, little attention is paid to the combination of digital documents protection system and workflow system. This prevent user from the normal usage of the documents. So how to implement high-quality protection for digital documents in workflow is the focus of this paper.Due to these deficiencies of conventional digital documents protection systems and current research, we focused to design and implement the digital documents protection system based on DRM. The system bases on DRM (Digital Rights Management) system and has closer integration with workflow system to solve the problem of the digital content's dynamic rights in workflow system. In this dissertation, we firstly introduce general DRM system and the documents protection technology, and then analyze the change of document's right in workflow. Based on that, we made good use of dynamic access control technology to protect the document in workflow. In the system we used .Net, Jave, and Security Web services to make sure the digital documents can be distributed and circulated in workflow in security.
