Along with national university socialization reform unceasingly thorough, the university had the new request in the management scope and in the service quality. Original simple, the backward management and the method already could not adapt the socialized reform and the market competition request. It will reduce personal subjective decision within logistic management, apply the modern and high-tech means to carry on the analytical decision, carry out the biggest exploitation of the limited resources and increase the organization work efficiency.Thesis on the logistics group at East Normal University, information management systems design and development, first the system of the needs analysis and feasibility analysis, and then required to complete the function of the preliminary design, further analysis of the system, that system is divided into six functions mold piece to carry on the design: office module, personnel management module, note report management module, property management module, website construction management module and systems management module. In the system design and development process, using UML Use-Case plans to demand information management system to model and use ASP.NET development tools for system development. Information management system of data used Microsoft SQL Server 2005. System uses the Web interface, through the definition of the role, logistics group at East Normal University, the various departments through a unified interface manager of management information systems, the achievement of the department of personnel management and office automation management.System has been put into trial operation by the Group's management and users of praise.
