In the system design and development process, using UML Use-Case plans to demand information management system to model and use ASP.NET development tools for system development. Information management system of data used Microsoft SQL Server 2005. System uses the Web interface, through the definition of the role, logistics group at East Normal University, the various departments through a unified interface manager of management information systems, the achievement of the department of personnel management and office automation management.System has been put into trial operation by the Group's management and users of praise.
