The Design And Realization Of The Digital DC Speed Regulation

At present, autocontrol system has been widely used and developed in every walk of life. The DC speed regulation, as the artery in the area of electic drive system acts the main effect in mordernization production . With the development of the microelectricity, the use of the computer in speed regulation system simplies the system, reduces the volume, increases the reliability. The Optimum Control is achieved by the use of both classical methods and intelligent methods.The paper is based on the theory of the DC speed regulation. The kind of speed controller is PID and that of the current controller is PI. The paper describes the methods to tune the parameters of PID, and analyzes the performance of these methods by MATLAB software. Then, it describes the hardware and the software which are based on TMS320LF2407A DSP. At last, the paper introduces the monitor and control system by the Kingview software.
