Under direction of the design principle and the state design theory of the Stored Testing and Measuring System (STMS) and thought of the design guideline of blocking, this paper designs this missile testing system. The hardware circuit of system, the time-wave of primary segment and the key techniques were discussed detailed. On the basic of studying and analysis the aspects of bus reuse, memorizer manage and power safeguard in the system designs, the article explains the design principles and the key techniques of its counterpart, and also offers accordant settlement scheme. The important and difficult problems that I was faced is analyzed adequately when I was design and debugging, at the same time it was demonstrated and explained as the important. It was generalized as follows:1) Having considered the collection ways of mixed signals synthetically, the paper designs a sort of data frame with sub-frame which is in the view of this testing system, and provides the reference of this in the future.2) Analyzing the principle of bus reuse, comparing ways of collection digital signal, it puts forward a way of bus-reuse with FIFO on multi-digital signal collection.3) In order to ensure the security of system and reliable work, the paper designs power supply block which consists of thermoelectricity and lithium battery with low-temperature calefaction circuit. It adopts security ways for thermoelectricity.4) According to the memorizer management, the paper designs credible work scheduling and command agreement.5) Designing insulation circuit which is suitable for mixed signals and system interface protection. It insulates recorder from missilery, and none of them can be affected.6) The security design of system interface can assure credible works of testing system.
