With the advent of the Information Age, information is much more important to each organization. The establishment of the computer information system can speed up information management, and improve working efficiency.However,due to such as malicious attacks, failures operation, accidents or a leak in the law, the information systems exposes to variety of threats. If we ignore protecting the security of information systems, the system could be damaged, thereby the organizations could or loss properties and reputations.Therefore,to establish a secure information system has increasingly come under attention of national and organizations,and the investment of network information security has become a hot research issue.Chapter 1 is Introduction. There are research background, theoretical meanings, values of practical application and purpose of the study in this chapter. In addition,we talk about the main contribution of the entire paper and the research framework.Chapter 2 is Introduction to Network Security. The introduction is Mainly from two aspects: First, the network security profiles which expatiated from seven levels.On the second, the status quo and the development of network security which expatiated from seven levels.Chapter 3 is Network Security and Game Theory.First,we make a summary of game theory from its elements, types and meanings. Second ,we analyze the application and values of game theory.At the last,we analyze the game theory between attacker and defender in network security.Chapter 4 is Economic Analyse in Investment of Network Security. We examine the investment of network and information security mainly from the perspective of economics.At first,we sum up the status of investment in information security and the issue of information security features.Next,we analyze the issues about investment in traditional information security,meanwhile,the cost of the investment and income. At the final,we analyse the economics model of investment in information security such as Ideal Mathematical model and Net Present Value model, and make a summary of these models.Chapter 5 is Investment of Network Security and Study of Game Strategy. In the investment decision-making of network security,the traditional economics models from the cost-income of individual organizations lack in considering the economic external factors of network information security.Thereby,this chapter will analyze the investment strategy of network and information security in many organizations,with the new economics technic,game theory. First,we establish a investment model of the network and information security in many organizations with considering the gateway of the network.Next,we calculate and get the Nash equilibrium solution,and there may be multiple Nash equilibrium generating some social issues which be must discussed by the state. At the last,according to the economic external factors of network information security,government have to appropriately encourage or punish the organizations in the network,in order to make the avail of society optimal.Chapter 6 is Conclusions and Outlook. Papers summarize the major achievements and innovations, and descript shortages and future research directions, finally,give an outcome of the application.
