With the extensive application of Internet, people are more and more inseparable from the computer in production and livelihood. However, people enjoyed the convenience of the rapid development of information technology on one hand, and they had to suffer the confusion of network security events on other hand. Therefore, many computer experts and scholars devote themselves to solve the network security problem and carry out profound and wide research. But, the network security analysis methods at present are mainly static assessment, which can't reflect the dynamic changes of network security situation. In this paper, the author has studied the research at home and abroad, and then has a deep research on network security analysis and response decision-making problem. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the traditional network security assessment methods just considered the threats of network systems at attackers' view. In order to reflect the security situation of the network factually and fully, a new network system security analysis method based on game strategies graph was proposed in this paper. This method used the dependence of all hosts' vulnerabilities in the network and considered all attackers and defenders' strategies to build game strategies graph, which was transformed into a security state tree. Then, it assessed the inherent risk of the current state and the potential risk of the further state of the system, put forward the network system security algorithm, and then analysed the security of the network exactly and objectively. Then, the latest defense state algorithm was proposed according to the security risks of all states. By this means, it found the key states of the network and told the effective defense time. Finally, the experiment showed that this network security analysis method was exact and effective.Secondly, to solve the network security response problem, a novel network response decision-making method based on the traditional game theory and two-matrix game model was present. This method analysed the attackers and system administrators' different strategies and the both costs and incomes, and then constructed the dual-benefit matrix of the attackers and defenders. On the basis of this, the two-matrix network security game model was proposed. At last, the optimal defense strategy decision-making algorithm was proposed. Using this algorithm, we could analyse benefits of both offensive and defensive, and solved the Nash Equilibrium Point which balanced the both and gave the optimal response decision-making strategy. The experiment showed that the method in this paper was viable and high-efficiency.
