The flexibility of IMS architecture ensures the widely applications of SIP, PARLAY and CAMEL in telecom field. The new sorting of service initiated from many standard organizations which intend to analyze the service capability feature in detail brings the cognition of service into a new phrase.AOSD is a software development method which provides a mechanism of analysis and design for the core and the aspects of a system separately. It provides the integration of the core application concern and the crosscutting concern in later software development, even weaves the code of a crosscutting concern into the software system without the other modules. AOSD has been applied in the actual software development. And there are many efforts in relevant research field. The modularization of aspect, the mechanism of auto-trigger between core application and aspect enlighten the IMS service system, and are helpful in actual application. IMS service is a product of several service capability features according to certain logic. The service capability features would be woven together as aspect or core application to become a more powerful integrated service. At the same time, optimization of the service would be more convenient. The paper starts with the basic structure of IMS then analyses the architecture of applications layer, abstracts the generic service capability feature and service trigger flow. Combined with AOSD, integrated service development and auto service trigger strategy are put forward. An example of service compounding including a simulation system of the service based on AspectJ is in the end of the paper to validate the feasibility and validity of the integrated service development with AOSD. At last, the service trigger flow of the simulation system is analyzed in detail.
