With the constantly expanding the scale of software, it's design complexity continue to increase, the chance of errors or defects is more and more often, at the same time, the awareness of software quality importance gradually by the market, through the testing of software, the errors and defects can be exposed, thereby improving the quality of software. Therefore, the importance of the software testing is increasing prominent in the implementation of the software project.As a necessary component in the software development process, the cost of testing software in the larger proportion of the development, often more than 40 percent. An effective solution to the software problems that exist in testing, to lower the cost of inputs and improve the quality of software testing, to the software units or the software developers, it's extremely important.Test software testing process is an indispensable factor, to the test quality and efficiency, the ability of tester play a decisive role. According to its capacity in its assigned tasks, not only can give full play to test the subjective initiative, but also to test the quality is also the largest assurance. Only the quality of software that can better meet customer's requirements, improve the competitiveness of the software products and cost savings. Thereby, the problem of the allocation of tasks to tester irrational in the software testing process, based on the test of the ability to measure the testing process management is a very necessary. Firstly, it can reduce software development costs and improve the development of the company's profit margins; Secondly, it can improve the quality of software, in order to better serve the community.In this paper, after introduce the ability of the tester, use fuzzy math methods to measure the ability of testers, according to the demand of company's test level and the ability of testers set threshold. The measure results of testers can be classified through compare to the threshold of company. So as to provide an important reference to test managers to allocate tasks rationally. Optimize the testing process and ensure the quality of the software.In the end of this paper, I have practiced the improved management of the testing process and have compared the conclusion.
