Since the time when the concept of digital campus was proposed, implemented and great outputs had been received by a few high education institutes, many high schools, for their campus digitization projects, have started research and practical programs on the topic of"construction of digital campus in primary & high schools". Due to the difference in schools'environment and objective between high school and universities, the patterns and experience in building up digital campus from universities cannot be applied straightly on high schools without any changing. This paper discusses the digital campus construction from the aspect of information resource assignment. Digitalization construction in high school can usually have four stages, they are: applying and discovering stage, independence development stage, integrated information system construction stage and digital campus construction stage.Based on some practical experience from our school and investigation on other schools in this region, we have seen that the digital campus construction program has received great supports from the school and only few difficulties exist. The biggest problem is that software development comparatively lags behind increasing demands, and rapid update of application and comparatively slow hardware upgrade. Thus, in terms of school's digitalization, current task is to build up a digital campus platform which suits the school's development.The instructional idea of digital campus construction is that, the school's development leads digital campus construction, and digital campus construction improves school's development. Digital campus construction cannot exist without the school; the school's digital campus construction should be based on the development of the school. Since the digital campus construction discovery in 2004, in practical discovery, I have kept close touch with school management, teachers, students and software development companies. According to the different tasks in each stage, a unique user platform for digital campus has been developed. From 2004 till now, a management application system which covers teaching, school affairs, general affairs, moral education, research, human resource and technology school. And BBS, MOODLE online learning systems have been embedded into the digital campus platform. This realized the integration of different systems and data share between those systems in the digital campus system. While constructing the digital campus, single point logon and user role based management solution was brought up. This paper starting from three aspects, the overall architecture of digital campus, construction of educational information resource centralized application system and team support, studies the digital campus construction. In the aspect of team support, we believe that there a re four essential points which ensures the quality of digital campus construction, they are: management should understand the use of information technology; teachers should know how to apply information technology in teaching behaviors; cadre man should be accomplished in information technology and teaching and learning; cooperative team should be able to get involved into school's construction. The three targets we are hardly working on are, management informationization and education environment informationization.Finally, this paper discusses current general problems in the process of developing from informationization construction to digital in high schools.
