Design And Implementation Of Science Research Management System Based On Sharing Database

The scientific research is a very active subject, and its informationization is a very important part of the informationization of the university and college management. With the rapid development of university's information, scientific research management system not only improves the efficiency of the management, but also provides scientific basises for administrators. How to establish the system that based on campus network and implement the data sharing between scientific research database and public database is an urgent question that must be discussed and solved.Information management system adopts two architecture ways including C/S and B/S. B/S is more maintainable and flexible than C/S, therefore, it had been used in the system. And in order to make up for the disadvantage of B/S and enhance the representation and interaction, using the B/S architecture based on Ajax reinforced the ability of data processing. Based on the analysis of the B/S mode which be based upon Ajax, with science and technology office of Hebei Normal University routine work, this paper analyzed that the structure and function modules of scientific research management system based on the sharing data and implemented it. The main work of the paper is as follows:First, by analyzing in detail scientific research management system service flow, the system overall construction design and the function structural design had been completed. The main functional structure was given: department management, personnel management, production management, scientific research production management, system maintenance management.Second, based on the work processes and data flows of the each module, the designing of database and the coding of the each process had been implemented. The system development used the ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2005 database.Third, with the technology of web services and the existing uniform identity authentication platform built by E-card System, we can login the system. In this way, we can get the security of the system and the synchronization with the sharing database. Five user roles that have different authorities in different modules were given in the system.Fourth, by studying in the pubic database in exchange with scientific research database, the UC matrix based on the correlation between the public database and the scientific research database had be designed. The data sharing and synchronization between the scientific research database and the public database had come true. And the goal of data integrity and coherence had been achieved.The system functions passed through the scientific research to manage the entire process, which had passed the test, and would be used in the university scientific research management. Using the system would provide enormous convenient for the scientific researcher declaring project production and the scientific research manager managing and maintaining the scientific research data.Base on detailed analysis and the summarization of the scientific research management system, the direction of development had been pointed out in the paper. As a whole, it is of certain theoretical value and practical significance to networked scientific research management.
