| This thesis started with the harmonious community construction, first analyzed the definition, features, functions and different contents of community archives in harmonious community construction. On this basis, it summarized the features of community archives management in harmonious community construction through the comparison.After we had basic understanding of community archives and community archives management in harmonious community construction, it analyzed the new contents and new methods in the working processes of community archives management in harmonious community construction.
