For the need of an enterprice, the U-pipe test-bed is developed to detect whether there is a leak in the U-pipe that assembled to an U-tube heat exchanger under the pressure of practical work before it is used in practice. The experimental scheme is designed for the U-pipe of the U-tube heat exchanger to work under the pressure of 30Mpa. Some high-pressure systems of this experiment station, the design of the high-pressure water seal cavity, the design of the stepped up and seal mechanism, the hydraulic system and the design of the control system are all included in the article.In high-pressure system and the design of the high-pressure water seal cavity, the high-pressure system is designed first. Then, to determine the diameter of the screw and the maximum trip of the high-prressure water jar, gesign and calculate the main elements related to the high-pressure system. Afte that, check the screw and nut, and determing models of the electric motor and the reduce rmotor in the high-pressure system. Finally, design the high-pressure water seal cavity and draw a draft of it.In the chapter of the seal and stepped-up mechanismesign the stepped-up mechanism and use the Ansys software to analyse the force of the element contract with the stepped-up. The result of the simulation showa that the design of the stepped-up can be putcinto practice. Follow the drafts of the U-pipe and the seal mechi9nsm there is an introduction of the seal circle and the rubber which are used in it.Hydraulic system is designed for the hydraulic circuit of the stepped-up and seal mechanism of the experiment station. First of all, the technologey of the ezperiment test-bed is analysed. On the foundation of it , design the draft of the principle of the hydraulic system, and determine the execuutive elements of it. Then, calculate the dischange of the whole hydraulic system, and design the hydraulic valve and the fuel tank according to the dischange and the pressure. At last, draw some drafts of the hydraulic system of the experiment station.The control system uses a programmable logio controller(PLC) as the controller of the machine, and the work process of the PLC is introduced, Select PLC and some related elements, and draw drafts of the input and output distribution of the PLC control system. The ladder-shaped programme is used to realize the automation of the expriment station.
