Development Of Bank's Charge Agent Of Social Insurance System Based On Middleware Tuxedo

Along with the deepening of China's reform of the financial system and the globalization trend of the world economy, more and more attentions to the banking intermediate business are paid by the commercial banks as the traditional banking services no longer meet the requirements of business and customers. On the one hand, the scope of intermediate business have constantly expanded and deepened, making the original electronic processing system increasingly unable to meet the needs of business development. On the other hand, the adjustment of the original mid-business system in all commercial banks is in need, due to the regionalization, decentralization, and the structural adjustment of the information systems in some commercial banking business. Traditional mid-business systems mostly made use of traditional client/server (C/S) with two layers structure, the process exposing a heavy burden of the client and server sides, less flexible expansion, unable to get across different departments and business systems, also a large loophole in the safety. Therefore, how to set up a convenient and flexible-expansion intermediate business system is an urgent issue addressed for commercial banks.This thesis focuses on the design and implement of "bank's charge agent of social insurance" system. The system is a kind of intermediate business. The function of the system is that the bank replaces the financial sector to collect the fee of social insurance. This thesis is aimed at the current of Hubei Rural Credit Cooperation's social insurance charge agency business, established the implementing project of the business, and applied the Tuxedo in the new system to resolve the lack of the former one through the research on the trait of Tuxedo. The hierarchical modular architecture was adopted to design the system. The system adopted modular architecture, it had a clear structure, stable performance, flexible expansion through the delineation of the functional modules, and it can meet the continuous changes and development of the market.Tuxedo is used in the development of the bank intermediate business system in this paper. The system takes full advantage of the products provided by the Tuxedo such as transaction integrity and distributed transaction processing, to carry out the business requirements by the mode of Transaction-driven. Among the practical operation, the system can shield the different back-end hardware equipment and unified application platform, meanwhile ensure accurate and reliable data transmission and the integrity of transaction. It solves the real-time data transmission problems of inter-unit cross-platform attached to banks, addresses instance and the Inland Revenue Department, and provides the technical support for the in-depth development of the charge agency service of social insurance in the banking business.
