The science computation visualization is a theory and method,which refers to involve the computer graphics,digital image processing and other many kinds of discipline domain, transforms the science and engineering calculation process and the computed result for the graph and image demonstrated on the screen,and carries on it with processing alternately.The finite element analysis data visualization is one of most challenging research hot spots in the science computation visualization.Finite element analysis data including two kinds:The element data and the node data,for example,the displacement and speed are generally separate in the node,therefore belongs to the node data.The stress and strain are generally separate in the element,therefore belongs to the element data.These data are based on the finite element grid.There exists certain relation between near node or element.Gaining finite element analysis data is the first step of carrying on visualization.The different finite element analysis software has the different data output form,and at present there aren't the unification standard.This article uses the Deform analytical data to carry on the visualization,therefore mainly narrates the pretreatment of Deform software's data.We knew that the demonstration of grid and construction of the data field's structure is the first step of the entire data field's visualization.In the finite element data field visualization,the grid is the carrier of each kind of data quantity,we can't carry on each kind of visualization operation before demonstrates the grid.In data field demonstration,regardless of demonstrating the grid only or must carrying on the rendering,blanking processing must be carried on,in order to make the inspection of cutting in half situation and the demonstration of computed result convenient,and enables the grid chart to have the strong stereoscopic effect.To the two-dimensional scalar data,mainly uses the contour and the nephogram to describe.The contour plan is the major technique of scalar data visualization,it through withdraws some value's continuous distribution graph of some physical quantity in the grid data to reflect some characteristics between the data.The nephogram is also one kind of the visualization technology which widely used,and it filled in the region between some analyses values on the model surface with the corresponding color,and then may observe in the value's distributed situation on the model surface.It is one kind of very effective tool of inspecting and analyzing computed result.It has many merits,for example,intuitively,attractive and so on.Based on the analysis and studying to the science computation visualization technology, this article applies them to the analysis and processing of the finite element analysis data. Because the physical quantity mostly is a scalar in the finite element analysis data,and some vectors may transform as the scalar to demonstrate,this article has conducted the research to the scalar visualization technology,and mainly introduce the principle and algorithm of the contour and nephogram demonstration,finally introduced the visualization system's development,has realized the visualization system's interface demonstration and partial functions.This article tries to carry on the visualization system development of the finite element analysis data.It transforms the huge data as the graphical output,is convenient for the project personnel to analyze,raises the analysis efficiency,is also advantageous in discovering concealed question for the engineering design personnel,and provides the effective tool and method for the optimization design.This article is the foundation work to carry on the visualization system development,and believed that it will bring the huge income to the society if continue to try hard based on this and a set of successful visualization system will certainly be developed.
