RH vacuum degassing technology such as being one kind of concise stove outside method, having processing cycle shortly, big productivity, good refinedness result, easy manipulativeness ect. Have important application value in metallurgy profession. In current RH vacuum processing refinedness stove stall, often install and debug actual equipment, but can not preview setup script. In this article, I combine virtual reality and RH vacuum processing efinedness stove install, actualized RH vacuum processing refinedness stove install, settle problems in the setup script and actualize the purpose for the conduct production. So, it has significant study of connotation and application of value.This paper is developing the foundation of the analysis for RH vacuum degassing principle, technology and equipment, and the present situation for virtual assemblage, emulation of the most important device in RH vacuum degassing system are lifting Machine, Alloy feeding system, Condenser, Condensate water, Elbow , Mobile Elbow, Bao Steel, Vacuum chamber. It suggests that a kind of virtual realistic emulation environment based on OpenGL has carried out overall design, In this environment with TAIYUAN IRON&STEEL(GROUP)COMPANY LTD is example have discussed static quiet in RH vacuum degassing device site scene. According to the specialty of the OpenGL and 3ds max, it pastes the course of install, and have gone on emulation.Practice proof ripens fairly based on the virtual realistic emulation environmental research of OpenGL that has this paper and the feature of "development and immerse" to establish one, study of in virtual environment device installment have established foundation.
