As terrain and cloud is most complex scenery and was modeled by fractal geometry, the paper applied fractal geometry to mathematical modeling of fractal terrain and fractal cloud. It can offer an immersion sense of fractal terrain and fractal cloud, and more scientifically defined natural characteristic of scenery.Based on mathematical modeling of Fractal Brownian Motion and adopted fractal stochastic interpolation algorithms, the paper realized the process of mathematical modeling and realistic rendering. In the process of fractal cloud on mathematical modeling, based on an analyzing of Diamond-Square algorithms and constructed the stationary process of stochastic independent increments, the paper adopted that Gaussian 1-D stochastic interpolation algorithms applied to the fractal cloud modeling. According to the central limit theorem of Gaussian distribution, it achieved mathematical interpolative modeling for Gaussian Distribution. In order to model fractal cloud rendering modeling to change naturally, in this paper, an simple linear rendering modeling algorithms to adopt fractal characteristic parameters ( H &σ) are advanced, and some relational parameters were analyzed on control to get detailed affluent simulation picture of fractal cloud. In this paper, an improved algorithm to adopt multidimensional Gauss stochastic interpolation are advanced in the generation process of fractal terrain on mathematical modeling. To be changed characterization feature of Brown function by intensifying nonlinear scaling, it can be described logically and accurately the change gradient process of Brown curves and surfaces, got multi-feature Brown curves and surfaces. Then, it makes the mathematical analysis process of FBM's index and introduces parameter analysis of discrete variance to change geographic space distributing by variational dispersion scale of Gauss function, and combines with improved algorithm to get a series of visually realistic simulation of fractal terrain with multi-feature.The paper adopted technique and algorithms, such as vertical rendering algorithm of RGB, lighting model, fog and fractal cloud background, so it perfectly offered an immersion sense of fractal terrain. Then, according to coordinate transformation and projection transformation on computer graphics algorithms, it realized vrtual roaming in the fractal terrain scenery.
