According to the primary techno-guideline about the produce of fuse that offered by the 474 armory, this paper combine the advanced assembling and inspecting technology of both home and abroad, the design of structure, the error analysis for the structure of flexible and Multi-tache auto-orientation, the design of control system, UG three-D modeling, and the dynamic imitating analyses using ADAMS software of the rotative mold system which is the important segment in the automatic assembly line of fuses are researched.This paper developed the research on rotative mold system, the main contents are following:Firstly, this paper completed the machinery structure design of the rotative mold system, with the referring to the designing method of other mechanism, flow of the fuse produce and choose stander;use H-type structure design optimized by computer to the rotative mechanism, have good rigidity, high structure strength and life-span. Install two leading poles on the tackle of the stander to make it having good leading character; especially do the ANSYS finite element analysis on the steel plate of the H-type stander.Secondly, this rotative mold system adopts the structure of flexible and Multi-tache auto-orientation. And, the thesis analyzes assembling precision of triangle rail and triangular track groove of the die on the theory of vector dimension chain.Third, the thesis takes the designing of controlling system. This rotative mold system adopts PLC controlling system, uses tackle which has electromagnets drawing in the upper mold to achieve rotative mold, assure the real-time controlling of rotative mold process, and solve the safe problem of the manual workers.Finally, with the use of the three-dimensional parameterization software, the thesis makes a three-dimensional model towards the whole rotative mold mechanism. This article builds up the virtual prototype of the rotative mold system and simulates the motion of the rotative mold system with the ADAMS software, completes the motion interference analysis of the rotative mold system, verifies that the interference situation of the orientation components satisfies the motion characteristic of rotative mold mechanism.Through the above researches, the thesis completes the designing of the rotative mold system, provides theoretical reference for other equipments on the automatic production line of the fuse, and provides an effective method and experience for application of the Virtual Prototyping technology to the new product exploitation.
