With the development of network technology, the Internet has depth of our daily lives. A lot of things can be achieved through the network, and now more and more people are inclined to use the network to complete a variety of tasks. For example, it can be carried out via the Internet shopping transactions, business talks, entertainment, travel, etc... With the continuous development of e-commerce, and through the network people can gradually realize all the things in the reality.However, as the function of networks become increasingly powerful, network application systems are becoming increasingly complex. Development and maintenance of a website is a very heavy workload. This also posed a challenge to the development of electronic commerce. In about 2000, with the direct promotion of the dynamic application of e-commerce, Web service appeared and its rapid growth made it became the standard framework of Internet-based structure for the distributed and across organized applications. How to complete our task through effective coordination and combination of web services becomes a pressing demand.As the reasons above, workflow management system came into the people's attention. Through the collaborative, interactive workflow management system, we could organize web services, and control the implementation of the completion our task. This could be as a realistic and practical approach. But the traditional workflow management system is generally within an enterprise-oriented, it applied to the network environment to manage web services, it is once again facing new challenges.This paper analyzed the problem that occurred in the traditional workflow system, and based on it, proposed an automatic generation method of the business process in the web service oriented environment. By the method, it could automatically generate the business process according to user's individual requirements. This method has the following specialties:The business process was no more defined by the experts; instead, it isautomatically generated according to user's requirement. This paper proposed a probability based process-semantic repository, which is the basis of the automatic generation method.Comparing to the traditional complex business process, our process was quite simple and the whole process was composed by web service. The cost to failure during the execution was little.We built special user interactive tools to obtain users' requirement, and also a special semantic based service registration center, by which service provider could register their web services easily.Tourism is an area that needs this method very much. This paper utilized this automatic generation method in tourism industry and built an Intelligent E-Travel Agency, which could use the travel services in the internet to generate travel process for passengers based on their requirement. In the paper we drew the system architecture of the E-Travel Agency and gave out the class-diagram of the system. We also made comparison of the efficiency of our method with the some existing method, and gave the analysis of experiment data.
