With the development and integration of computing technology and wireless communication technology, a new computing mode-mobile computing has become reality. Mobile computing mode has rapidly developed with the development of telecommunications, hardware technology and the corresponding software technology, and played very important role in more and more fields. In order to realize the data access in mobile computing environment, mobile database has come into being.In mobile computing environment, maintenance of data consistency is the main problem to resolve in the application of Mobile database. Data synchronization of maintenance of data consistency faces great difficult that traditional data processing mode can not meet the needs of mobile computing environment for the great difference between mobile computing environment and stationary distributed computing environment.This paper first introduces key technologies of mobile database, research status and the problem faced, and has a further research on data synchronization technology of mobile database. As for the weak consistency of cache and instability of wireless communication, this paper analyses and researches the data synchronization mode based on transaction, then addresses a data synchronization algorithm based on semantic transaction merging optimization. This synchronization algorithm records terminal transaction operation(Insert, Update, Delete) during the disconnection in the mobile terminal database log tables. The operation log is searched before the synchronization of data. Then the transaction operation is merged and optimized and the data operation sentence after merging and optimizing will be transmitted. The merging and optimizing can reduce the data in transmission of data synchronization. This paper researches the conflicts detection and resolution in data synchronization, and then addresses a new conflicts detection and resolution mechanism based on timestamp. The mechanism reduces the data conflicts in synchronization, and improves the success rate of data submission and the accuracy and real time of data synchronization. The analysis and verification show that the synchronization algorithm reduces the data in transmission of data synchronization and improves the efficiency and stability of data synchronization. Furthermore this paper realizes a new hand mechanism to resolve the virtual open of connection of GPRS network and enterprises LAN to ensure the reliable communication between mobile terminals and the central server.Finally, the data synchronization algorithm is used in standardization management system of mobile operation to realize the data transmission, the sharing of resources and management and control of terminal operations by data synchronization technology of mobile database, embedded software developing technology and wireless network technology. It can change the situation that traditional mobile operations are lacking of supervision and difficult to realize the standardization. The design idea, methods and the realization technology can be used in other fields with much reference value.
