The business transaction of the system take the plan which project needs as the foundation data, the purchase, the tender, the selected result, the contract, the payment with the project connection, each step operation of the system has the strict logic and the power control. In the initial period when the logistics center is established, the logistics management system is used at once , if there is not this system, the logistics center service can not be unable to work normally.This system uses the B/S structure, and uses the J2EE platform to carry on the development. The entire system has simple operation and friendly interface. The system is safety, stable and usable strongly.
