The Multi-Agent System is a new field directed by the process of the Computer Science developing towards Ubiquitousness, Internet, Intelligent, Agents and Humanity; and the Transaciton Process is the key technology of effective management and utilization of information resources. So it is a very challenging and meaningful work that bringing the transaction process technology into distributed multi-agent system and implementing a system of transaction process in agent framework level.Firstly, the paper designs a mechanism of transaction process suitable for distributed multi-agent system. In order to avoid the resources wasted by long-term locked, the transaction is processed nestedly and gradely. The task a multi-agent system being to perfom is decomposed into a Transaction Tree, each sub-transaction can submit respectively. In order to keep the data consistency, the submitted sub-transactions, which needed to be canceled for some reasons, are performed the operation of compensation which come from the idea of Web Services transaction compensation. Additionally, in order to avoid the incoordination which is because of the essence of agents of the autonomy and selfish in process of transaction processing, the paper designs and implements an interaction protocol for distributed multi-agent system transaction process, which is based on the FIPA Agent Interaction Protocol specification and the bottom communication function supplied by JADE.Secondly, the paper preliminary achieves a transaction processing system in agent framework level. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing APL, the paper combinates the mechanism of transaction process in distributed multi-agent system with the multi-agent application development platform (The Information System Software Development Environment Based on MultiAgent), which enhances its ability to describe complex business logic and makes it more applicable to enterprise applications. Additionally, log file system is very important to both transaction process and analysis system running states, and so the paper supplys a multifunctional log manager, which logs different information in different log files and than improves the accessing performance by multi-thread writing/reading independently.
