In our country, although the industrial foundation on audio is already very strong, related corporations are still chained to foreign corporations or organizations due to the lack of important techniques and standards. And many patent disputes are faced by most correlative enterprises, which restrict their development greatly. So it is more necessary and stringent to draw up related standards with proprietary intellectual property rights. AVS-M audio standard is now on draw by our country independently based on the framework of AMR-WB+ audio standard of 3GPP. And it aims at being applied to wireless network and mobile equipment, such as cellphone. If it could be drawn up successfully, many patent disputes that audio industries at home are confronted with, such as high patent cost, will be settled down, and the development of audio industries in our country will be faster.This thesis is to do research on AVS-M audio codec and implement AVS-M audio decoder on TMS320C6713 board. At first, several particular techniques of AVS-M audio are analyzed, based on the introduction of the technical framework and the core algorithms of AMR-WB+. Then, the reference decoder of AVS-M audio(Version updated at April 11st,2007) is porting to the simulator of C6713 on CCS platform after debugging it on VC platform. Through a lot of optimization in aspects of memory spending and decoding speed, finally, the AVS-M audio decorder is implemented on C6713 board, and it could decode 8~9 super-frames stereo signal sampled at 48kHz per second. The objective and subjective tests indicate that the performance of AVS-M audio is generally as good as that of AMR-WB+. This thesis is useful for the spread and application study of AVS-M audio. |
