This paper studies all-phase discrete spectrum correction and applications aim to some problems which arise from signal sequence truncation in digital signal processing. In other words, this paper mainly solve the problem of error degree which conventional Fourier transform and relevant spectrum correction bring when not-whole period sampling.Firstly, three different system diagrams of all-phase data pre-processing are given, analysing theorily the results of every pre-processing of the datas in detail, analysing their statistic performance, and comparing time-dimension waveform of all-phase pre-processing of data with that of conventional window truncation. The result indicates: these datas after all-phase pre-processing are better fit for DFT transform. Secondly, this paper studies all-phase FFT (apFFT) spectrum analysis and correcting based on DFT transform. The viewpoints that apFFT has less spectrum leakage than conventional FFT and has the property of phase invariant for single-frequency complex exponential sequence are proposed and proved in theory and experiment. As these better performances apFFT has better experimental results in spectrum correcting (this paper gives the contrasting results of all-phase time-shifting phase difference correcting method and some other prevalent methods in China and abroad). Finally, after deducing and proving apFFT spectrum analysis and correcting have better performance than conventional FFT spectrum analysis and correcting, this paper puts the methods into practice, and proposes projects of all kinds of applications based on all-phase method. In these concrete applications, this paper mainly specializes some instances which can give prominence to the performances of all-phase spectrum analysis and correcting.
