The improvement of high resolution radar techniques has been the direction of radar research in the field of military and civil applications.The development of radar range-resolution makes it possible to facilitate detection of certain targets in high clutter.However,radar range resolution unit usually inverses the signal bandwith in the radar signal theory.So in the resolution radar it is necessary to choose wide band signal sa its sending wave.The Multifrequency Complementary Phase Coded signal, for short called MCPC signal is a wide bandwidth signal which also has high range resolution. A detailed description of the form of the MCPC waveform will be discussed in this article. It also analyses the formation and properties of phase coded sequence, the signal was applied in the radar system in 2000.The article discusses the effect of power spectra, autocorrelation and ambiguity function in the form of single pulse and pulse train. Therefore, we know the signal is advanced in bandwidth utilization ,range resolution and Doppler tolerance.In this paper,we will discuss MCPC signal processing method, what's more,we will also study its range detection performance when it is sended by discontinuous spectrum sending. It is no doubt that signal carriers will not any more lall be orthogonal in this case. To solve this problem, Professor M. Lesturgie proposed a new theory to make sure that HF multicarrier signal carriers spectrum are all orthogonal by a new frequency in the pulse train in 2009.,this method will also be studied and applied in the discontinuous spectrum MCPC signal in this paper.For the problem of the high-sidelobe from the match filtering using the coded signals,we combin the excellent numerical solving methods for convex optimizationg,at the same time,the nearest convex optimization solving softwave cvx,the broadband lowest sidelobe level pattern synthesis algorithm for arbitrary is modeled and solved,and thespecified result is obtained.
