| Along with the development and combination of mordern instructional and network technology, an important task which needs to solve urgently is to construct a new mode of continuing education and studying for life,which is untraditional and not limited to the region and time. By building an open network teaching platform environment,modern distance education,which is based on Internet, overcomes restraints from time and space in traditional education. Through Internet,plenty of available teaching resources are well configured so as to take full advantage of them. So we can say that it plays a very important role in modem education system and also provides an effectual way to solve the task.Based on the research of the status of network teaching platform in home and abroad,guided by constructivism theory, CSCW theory etc, This paper puts forward a method of constructing the soft system of network teaching platform based on Internet, and designs and implements a network teaching platform on J2EE as an example.Linked the object-oriented theory and software engineering theory, this paper uses UML and its modeling tool Rational Rose to visually describe this system and its Use Case diagram, static structure model, dynamic action model, physical model, etc.The paper adopts the four-tier structure on J2EE for designing the system. The client level provides the succinct human-machine interactive interface. The Web server responds to the users'requests. The application server completes the computation and logical processing. And the DBMS provides the storage service. Further,the paper designs and develops some components for some specific module. It guarantees the expandability and maintainability of the system.This paper illustrates the important technology in the realization process: component technology, XML technology, etc, and introduces the detail realization process for some function model.At last this paper looks forward to the development of network teaching technology. |
