Along with the social environment changing in the era of knowledge economy, the concept of Digital Library Development has also undergone a change. That means that Digital Library should operate and develop under the guidance of the concept of enhancing the market competitiveness and actively carry out Information Marketing. Facing this kind of aspect, according to the ideas of the Integrated Marketing, this article discussed the Digital Library Information Marketing mechanism in a holistic and systemic point of view.The full text is divided into six chapters. Chapter I is an introduction, which discusses the selected topic background,the significance of the research, the research methods and innovations as well as content organization; Chapter II provides an overview of the theory, recalling the thought of Information Marketing and Library Information Marketing, expounding the connotation of marketing mechanism and introducing the theory of Integrated Marketing. Chapter III describes the characteristics of the digital library information marketing, analysis the connotation of information marketing mechanism and then educes that the Digital Library Information Marketing Mechanism is managing and harmonizing the inherent relationship between the elements in the information marketing process. Chapter IV analyzes the static structure of Digital Library Information Marketing Mechanism from the aspects of uncontrollable and controllable factors. Chapter V is the key sections of the article presented the model of the digital library information marketing mechanism on the basis of comprehensive analyzing the integrated marketing ideas. As the focus of this article, Chapter 6 presents a three-level implementation steps of Digital Library Information Marketing Mechanism, including marketing resources analyzing, marketing strategy positioning and marketing implementation, and discusses marketing implementation particularly from three aspects, including marketing tools, marketing flow and structures.Through the research of the Digital Library Information Marketing Mechanism, to better allocate resources, reasonable set up organization structures, enhance cooperation of various departments, increases the overall coordination of the Digital Library, thus creating a competitive advantage, this article has the certain theory and the practical significance.
