As a new concept in internet-era, the marketing of the digital library absorbs the essence of the mode of operation and ways and means of the business marketing, but also have its own characteristics. In this thesis, the author discussed the GNKI digital library's products, market and marketing strategies.At first, the author analyzed the environment of CNKI digital library. Secondly, the author expatiated features of CNKI digital library's products and product's positioning. Then she introduced the target markets' option and the market position of CNKI digital library. Finally, she discussed some marketing strategies of CNKI digital library, the industry leader in details.After researching in CNKI digital library marketing strategy, we can see it is important how to do self-discipline for an enterprise if the enterprise expects persistent development in the absence of industry standards, especially in a new industry. CNKI always put the subscribers' needs on the first place and takes subscribers satisfaction as the criterion. So CNKI develops its own standard to standardize its behavior and playas a very good role model for the development of the industry.
