Bogie is a significant component for the railway vehicles, and it determines the operation quality and traffic safety of the high-speed train. Strength analysis and dynamics simulation of the high-speed train bogie are two important parts in bogie design. In this thesis, taking the strength analysis and dynamics simulation test in the core, a database of dynamic simulation system and strength analysis of high-speed train bogie is studied thoroughly. The system utilizes techniques of test engineering, software engineering and database technique, and tries to make a computer aided software system which is integrated, open and visual. All these provide a high efficient and convenient platform for test and simulation study of high-speed train bogie and further improve the efficiency of test and simulation as well as the overall level of high-speed train.In this thesis, aiming at dynamics simulation software SIMPACK it establishes a database system for high-speed train dynamics and it can efficiently manage the random load data of component parts those are outputted by simulation analysis. All the data is provided for fatigue strength studies of body, frame and wheel axle. Besides, it builds a database for bogie strength analysis to provide software supports for fatigue strength and static strength evaluation.Moreover, it writes about the basic framework and some key characters of Microsoft.NET. It contains detailed analysis to the data access service AD0.NET in the .NET environment and implements the management of the bogie simulation and strength analysis database. At the same time, the testing-data analytical system is researched and developed basing on MS.NET and MATLAB interface programming. To use the mixed programming technology can make full use of the advantages of different software and improve working efficiency. In addition, in the study of strength test of high-speed EMUS bogie, it validates the program functions and the methods correctness of the database systems.
