Web Service resolved the problem of intercommunication and interoperability within the business enterprise and heterogeneous system in the internal business enterprise by the root. However the traditional Web Services discovery method is Web Services matchmaking which is based on the UDDI framework, because UDDI can only offer the query based on keyword, and UDDI use XML to describe its data structure, is lack of support for semantic information, so the Web Services matchmaking is based on the keyword and syntax matchmaking, can't implement Web Services functionality-based matchmaking, and then cause the low precision. On the other hand, WSDL language is a syntax level language, offer the Web Services physical information, and lack of the semantic description of Web Services functionality information. Again, the traditional Web Services discovery technology is lack of the ability of extracting and processing of the useful information, can't effectively describe the Web Services capability from the Services request, go against locate the best Web Services.To resolve low precision in Web Services discovery, the research community brings semantics to Web Services. Semantic Web Services have their semantic descriptions and thus make it possible for services to know the content, function and attributes of each other. The main research works I do are as follows:1,The knowledge about web service, current matching technology and semantic web will be introduced all sided, including the latest progress.2,The paper presents a Semantic-Based Web services filter algorithm, the first stage is Service Category Matching. It is used to filter the Web Services whose Service Category's value doesn't equal to the requested Service Profile's. The second stage matching is Web Services functionality based semantic matching. The Web Services functionality-based semantic matching is implemented by fully taking into account Semantic similarity matching parameters. This algorithm defines a semantic matching degree to determine whether the user requirements, so that matching enhanced user requests and services match the accuracy and efficiency.3,This paper design a Semantic-Based Web Services Filter Middleware Model. The Query Processor supplies the user interface for users to prescribe the query condition, and change the Services request to normative request profile according to OWL-S Profile. According to adding semantic information into UDDI, Services Filter Engine uses the semantic information in service ontology and domain ontology, and realizes the service matching at semantic level. Meanwhile it calls Web Services Filter Algorithm, and achieve second services'filter. The entire middleware model is conducive to the effective integration between systems.
