This article reviews the design of algorithms for wind turbine pitch control and also for generator torque control in the case of variable speed turbines. Some recent and possible future developments are discussed. Although pitch control is used primarily to limit power in high winds, it also has a significant effect on various loads. Particularly as turbines become larger, there is increasing interest in designing controllers to mitigate loads as far as possible.Blade pitch control is primarily used to limit the aerodynamic power in above-rated wind speeds in order to keep the turbine within its design limits. As the size of wind turbines increases and as cost reduction targets encourage lighter and hence more flexible and dynamic structures, these aspects of controller design become increasingly important. It is important to be able to quantify the benefits of any new controller. Although computer simulations are useful, field trials are also vital. The variability of the real wind means that particular care is needed in the design of the trials. And this article present a new controller on base of the PIDNN algorithms, And analyzing the characteristic of the new controller. A few of the wind models were discussed. Comparing of the wind model, the model which was made in the simulink of the matlab was selected. The gust model also was achieved. Then the model of the indirect-drive permanent magnet and the double-fed induction generator was implemented in the matlab. Making using of the blockset box, which was designed by the Aalborg university, the model of the pitch angle controller was set up and the result was fine. This article reviews some recent developments in the design of such control algorithms and indicates some of the possibilities which may be realized in the next few years.
