In this thesis, the control method of raising the induction heating power supply's frequency is mainly discussed. After the analysis of typical circuits which can raise the frequency of induction heating power supply, a new type of multi-bridge alternately controlled inverter's principle of working process is discussed, then theoretical analysis and parameters design is done. Output connection of multi-bridge inverter and circumfluence between bridges are mainly researched. A method of judging fault inverter's IGBT is researched to achieve redundancy inverter control by substitute working inverter for fault inverter. Through the comparison of the series resonant and parallel resonant induction heating power supply, series resonant is selected. The power supply use three phase Full-Bridge Controlled Rectifier and IGBT inverter. Both the Rectifier trigger pulse and inverter trigger pulse and over-voltage and over-current safeguard are designed using TMS320F2812.Through simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink, correctness of the control method and the accuracy of circuit parameters are proved. On this basis, hardware of control system is made. The experimental results show the feasibility of the circuit topology, and the correctness of theoretical analysis and the parameters design. As the circuit can achieved bridges' alternate work, and reduce the IGBT's switching frequency, and increase system's efficiency, therefore, good results of this paper is acquired.
