High performance computing has been becoming more and more popular because of the increasing requirements of computing in a variety of fields. People have developed more and more parallel computer systems. Traditional parallel computing tasks are ofen a large parallel computer to complete, but the super computer is too expensive.This system is based on Cluster of PCs, and it solves a large problem by giving small parts of the problem to many computers to solve and then combining the solutions from parts into a solution for the problem. The extensible computer cluster is becoming the high performance and large-scale computing standard platform, more and more people have done many things to develop the cluster of PCs to make it become more effective. The computing of cluster has been considered the main solution of high performance computing. Along with the wide band technology development has brought a broader space for the grid computing. Now, the grid is entering the practical application. All the signs indicate that the grid will be the future development trend of the network, and it will be technology development.Parallel computer system architectures have been greatly improved these years, but how to do parallel programming, and how to convert existing sequencial applications into parallel codes have become an obstacle. So we designed an efficient parallel programming environment, in which the users can do parallel computing more easily.We design and implement a parallel computing environment based on message passing. The paper gives the main code of the implement of parallel computing in the grid-computing environment, and it gives the result by a matlab example and carries on the performance analysis to this system.
