Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Controller Based On Fieldbus For Endless Rolling Multi-Drive System

Nowadays world, the global steel yield increases greatly, under the background which quickly develops, China compares with other nations, is the most sturdy.The fast fierce growth of steel yield put forward an urgent request to the rolling technique.The endless rolling technology used in the steel product line of wire rod or bar stock is the most advanced process method in the world. Endless rolling control system is an integrated automatic drive control system. The endless rolling process covers many applications of various technologies and theories such as modern control theory, electric drive technology, power electronic technology, hydraulic control, network control technology and so on. The multi-drive physical simulation platform is used to simulate the production field the endless rolling. The aim of multi-drive physical simulation platform is to achieve the same results consistent with the endless rolling scene by the physical simulation and analysis of control method. It will be used to study the endless rolling process deeply.This paper studies the key control technologies and design characteristics, analyzes running condition of different control strategies in system. Three kinds of control tactics, that is convention PID, fuzzy PID and fuzzy-adaptive PID are advanced, which are used to control the system respectively. Through theory analysis ,it proves that fuzzy-adaptive PID is best among the three kinds of control strategies. We design a fuzzy-adaptive PID control program by STEP7. And its structure is simple, feature of real time is good, function of resisting the disturbance is strong and control parameter is easy to select, has highly practical value and all-purpose.Through set transcucer paraters and maitain FM450-1,we get the required results. which further explained this plan is practical and feasible, has the wide spread promotion application value.
