This paper roots in the project of integrated electronic equipment simulation test and fault injection system, which developed 1553B bus test system based on the VxWorks platform. This paper focus on researching the theory of virtual device, physical I/O module and communication protocol among modules, introducing the design and realization method of each module and technical points in details. The system supports real-time online to update messages on the bus dynamically and branch message processing, supports aperiodic message groups to send and has cooperation testing function.Finally, the designed system has been validated and applied to a model of 1553B bus equipment. Compared with similar testing system, this system has character of high-speed fault detection, small number of experiments and low-cost experiment fee, which will have a broad market application prospect.
