The range tracking system in fire control radar is a device which detects the target range continuously. Generally speaking, fire control radar distinguishes targets though their distance information, and the angle tracking in fire control radar is based on the range tracking. If the range tracking system in fire control radar is destroyed in the jamming environment, the corresponding angle tracking will also be destroyed. In this situation, the fire control radar can't effectively control the power system to fire accurately.Range deception jamming is a kind of useful means and method destroying the range tracking system in fire control radar. Through imitating the signal of jammed radar, the deception signal affects the range tracking system to make the fire control radar lose the ability to measure the range information of the target accurately, then the range tracking gate will be destroyed and the fire control radar return to searching.Covering jamming use noise or signal like noise to cover or submerge the useful signal and prevent the radar from detecting the target information. Through shooting the strong jamming power of noise signal to receiver system in fire control radar of enemy, the covering jamming will depress the outputting SNR( S /N )at the biggest degree, making it difficult to detect the target even lose the ability to detect the target information. The influence of covering jamming against fire control radar mainly performance on the jamming the radar to search and catch the target, and the losing target echo pulse of range tracking gate.With the contending of the jamming and the anti-jamming, single jamming technology against the range tracking system in fire control radar can not suit the jamming request against modern fire control radar and can not obtain good jamming effect yet. In this paper, on the base of analyzing deception jamming and covering jamming against the range tracking system in fire control radar, the comprehensive jamming project against the range tracking system in fire control radar is achieved. Combining military tactics application principle, through researching range tracking state of the range tracking system in fire control radar and the efficiency of fire control radar in the comprehensive electromagnetism jamming environment, comprehensive jamming effect is evaluated by using the mathematics analysis tool Matlab.
