Inertial components provide position, posture, and other navigation information for aircraft. They are important equipments in improving the accuracy of the aircraft navigation. Therefore the design of software system to a comprehensive testing and evaluating the performance of inertial components are extremely important. This thesis, proposes a method to constructing the test and evaluation system on the basis of commonly used experimental measurement methods. This thesis describes the framework of the test and evaluation system of inertial components, in which the test subsystem is implemented. The test subsystem processes the data of inertial components with the test standards of inertial components. The test subsystem is designed with the interaction of man-machine which includes GUI designing, measured data processing, and the interactions between them.High level architecture (HLA) is a new distributed simulation architecture. HLA has been applied to the study of ground to air interception simulation system. A distributed and interactive ground to air interception simulation system is designed, and some important aspects in the system are studied. The evolution of distributed and interactive simulation and Inertial guidance technology is introduced, the background of ground to air interception simulation system is discussed in detail, and the structure of simulation system is designed as well. Then according to the architecture of HLA, the system is divided into some models. Based on these models, the object class and interface class are designed, by which the ground to air interception federation and federates are established.
