With the rapid development of mobile communication in China; the number of subscribers and service demands have increase greatly, the problems of mobile networks have raised. As a means of finding out network malfunction and potential problem, network supervisory systems have been noted by network carriers.In this thesis, we first propose a scheme of service-based supervisory system. The system needs the users to order the tasks of mobile traffic test, and controls the test terminal to execute traffic test by control terminal. After the test finishes, it downloads and analyses the mobile traffic record file automatically, gets important performance parameters and forms warning information accordingly. It also provides the dynamic graphical display of signaling process and signal power. Then we describe the implementation process of test terminal system and part of supervisory center the author has participated in.
