Impact Of Network Identity Discern On Network Violent

The network forum is the space that the network media offers for netizen to disseminate information and exchange thoughts. The network forum is playing an important role in net opinion. However, in recent years, incidents of network opinion violence happen occasionally in the network forum, which makes the network forum become a violent city of network opinion. The right of Personality, the right of privacy, and even the right of life and property of parties concerned are seriously infringed by network opinion violence, and normal network order and life are also violently influenced.The paper starts with the work pattern in the present network forum, analyzes netizen's difference behavior in real name network forum and non- real name network forum by using anonymous name, assumed name, real name. In this paper, both method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are adopted to analyze netizen's behavior to network opinion violence among three forums, the author tries to find out exact reasons of network violence and put forward feasible strategies to punish network violence.The paper is divided into six parts. Part one firstly illustrates the background, purpose and significance to study the topic, then briefly introduces the current situation of the network opinion violence; Part two defines the definition of network opinion violence and sums up its characteristics and hazards; Part three establishes study methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis; Part four is the quantitative research including data statistics and material analysis; Part five studies the exact reasons of network opinion violence. Part six focuses on the strategies to combat network opinion violence, such as encouraging netizen self-discipline, enforcing law supervision, using network real name, optimizing forum, education on netizen's quality. Only by taking multiple strategies, can both principal and secondary aspects of network opinion violence be treated.
