Robot soccer is a field with the knowledge of many aspects such as robotics,artificial intelligence and intelligent control. Many researchers are attracted to devote into it because of its high-tech competition and good amusement. Robot soccer greatly enhances the development of artificial intelligence.In the thesis,the robot soccer decision-making system is analyzed on the robot soccer competition background. After analyzing decision-making system technology difficulties,the architecture of decision-making system based on duzzy structure is built by request.On the aspect of situation analysis research,through expert's experience and actual competition analysis,we determine the several key aspects of influence situation and propose a robot soccer situation assessment model based on the fuzzy integrated evaluation. This model uses the assessment method,realizes effective situation assessment and provides the reliable basis for the decision system to make decision. The problem of task decomposition is predigested by introducing the concept of role, and the request for the role assignment is proposed. As to the control problem of robot soccer-basic action control, soccer robot's locomotion model is found. The effect of the application using this basic action to design technology action is better. Through simulation experiments and matches confirmation,robot soccer situation assessment model based on the fuzzy integrated evaluation plays an important role to enhance decision system level and adapt to situation changing dynamically.
