Design And Development On The Learning Support Service System Based On The Learners' Specification

Along with the popularity of computer and the development of network technology, the distance education, online education has already penetrated into the life of each persons, the idea of life-long education has already enjoys popular support. The learning support services are playing an irreplaceable role in the modern distance education and online education. It is the focus in the design and development of distance education teaching system as well as the foundation and key to safeguard the quality of distance education. But the current learning support service system, in particular domestic, the direction is not strong, personality is not sufficient, let alone providing multiplex and standardized learning support service in view of the different crowds. Based on the project of "Distant learning platform for the free Higher Normal School Students", this article analyzes the insufficiency of existing learning support service system, and has carried on the demand analysis to the users of actual system, on the basis of this, introduces the related standards on learner as an instruction, and strives to create a learning support service system, which has a good data portability and supporting on personalized learning, to provide more effective learning support service for the learners, so as to promote the learning of learnersThe main work this article has done is as following:(1)Modeling of Learners in learning support service systemWe constructed the models of learners adapted with the learning support service system based on the actual demand of it, referred to some related standards of learners, such as the model standard of learners, the learner's identification, the standard of learner's identification, and standards of learning management system, especially model standard of learners.(2) Conceptual model of learners' standard applied in learning support service systemWe constructed a conceptual model of learners' standard applied in learning support service system based on related learners' standard as well as relevant learning support service theories, this conceptual model has certain ranges of promotion and universality, it can provide guidance for the application of learners' standard in learning support service system.(3) Concrete model of learners' standard applied in learning support service system We constructed the concrete model of learners' standard applied in learning supportservice system based on the conceptual model above and the actual demand situation; this model will specifically instruct the construction and research on the learning support service system.(4) Standardized learning support service systemWe researched and developed a learning support service system which is practical, personalized, standardized, in the foundation of investigation, resting on the conceptual model and the concrete application model of learners' standard, and the concrete actual demand condition.The learning support service system this article researched and developed is highly targeted, has good personalized service and standardized information gathering on learners, can provide more personalized, humane, standardized and effective learning support service for the learners, thus effectively safeguard the quality of distance education and online education and the learning effect of learners, thus promoting the development of distance education and online education.
