Materials Testing is a perfessinal method by physical or chemical means, combined with the electronic and mechanical methods, to test the properties of the material in-depth. In the industrial field, the materials testing, which is a very important part of a broad research directions and prospects for researching deeply, particularly a large number of new materials are widely used for industrial construction in the crucial period, has a great development future. In the modern industry field, more and more new material was used in various fields widely. An increasing number of high-grade, high-technology and professional materials are applied. Our research on the properties of materials takes more and more important part with the continuous appearance of new materials.The traditional method (for example, tensile test and pressure test, etc.) and data logger in the sampling have been unable to meet the modern materials testing requirements on accuracy and precision, due to their own hardware limitations. The great development of computer technology,as well as its application,Material testing method,combined with computer and traditional method, applied more and more in the modern material test. Therefore, the test method, used with the high-speed, efficient data processing system and the modern testing means, will be an important testing method on material test.In this papers, a modern important means—Double-hole microshear method is used first in the material testing data collcection and analysis.The method is no need small sample before test, only to drill two small holes in the material testing regional and test the local strength of the material directly. The the corresponding load voltage value and displacement voltage value are collected by the load sensor and displacement sensor in double-hole microshear system.Then, the high-speed data processing chip microcontroller - TI's MSP430 series MCU F149 is connected to the load sensor and displacement sensor and collect the corresponding voltage signal.The signal is converted by the A / D conversion in F149 microcontroller, the load of material and the displacement values,which can be drawn material displacement - time curve,is obtained.Further, the basic properties of materials is gained from the data obtained by the system is analysed deeply based on a new displacement - time curve analysis method.The results shown that the method can reflect the true performance of the basic materials, especially in the material aspects of the strength and hardness.The material performance parameters can be obtained rapid by using the Displacement - time curve analysis method e in the complicated work environment.Finally, the new method's advantages and outstanding performance in the various aspects is shown by comparing the new method with the traditional load - displacement curve analysis method.This set of the system, using MSP430 MCU F149 high-speed data processing MCU with Double-shear, is combined micro-ruin, rapid, efficient and so many advantages to one. As well as providing new ideas and methods to the future performance of materials research.
