Mobile communication and Internet are two highlights in the IT field, in which Moblie IP is elite. And Moblie IP is the deep fusion of mobile technology and IP technology. In order to support more service, packet data network based on Mobile IP is modified comparied with the CDMA2000 1x based on Simple IP.Based on the analysis of the CDMA2000 1x of the Simple IP, the limit of SIP is found out, namely the user has no fixed IP address. When the user passes from PDSNcover area to another, there is a process of disconnection and reconnection, which makes the fixed IP business can not be used by customer, and this greatly influents the continuity of client work. A solution of CDMA2000 1x grouped data-net based on Mobile IP is proposed and the advantages and the disadvantages are compared.During the realization process, a network unit named HA is added on the basis of simple IP technology, through which the IP address of Moblie customer is programmed and realized the fuction of Moblie IP. For the limit of facility, in this paper, the CDMA2000 1x grouped data-net based on Mobile IP is analyzed and the network modeling is established through simulation of mobile IP in OPNET. The whole system is divided into mobile node, FA and HA models, by which the basic fuctions such as agent detection, register, tunnel transmittion of data package and so on are realzed and needed divided operations is realized, either.In the system, MN can hold the fixed IP address in the whole coverage of CDMA2000 1x, by which not only the "PUSH" services are supported, but also the problem of continuity data serviceis solved.
