The wireless location techniques based on the cellular network has actracted people's attention gradually with the development of the cellular network, and their precision is in the spotlight too. In cellular environments, because of the influence of several adverse factors, such as multipath, non-line-of-sight propagation, noise, interference and channel frequency characteristics, radio statistics measurements like TDOA, TOA and AOA related to mobile position, the performance of location algorithms may be significantly degraded and the position estimation of MS is inevitably biased. Therefore, in order to focus on the core problem of mobile location accuracy improvement, this thesis aims at TDOA location techniques, combined with other location algorithms, hybrid location algorithms are given, and investigate the performance analysis of mobile position estimation techniques, and high accuracy location techniques to mitigate the influence of NLOS.AOA algorithm is combined with TDOA and TOA respectively in the method which is only based on the celluar network. In the two methods, LS algorithm is used to improve the comput accuracy. In another method, GPS is connected into celluar network through MPS. In the Mobile Position System, GMPC is the core component. It analyse all the informations that from SMPC and MS to improve the acccracy. This method can enlarge the applicability of Location Service. The algorithms were all simulated by computer and compared to other algorithms to confirm their advantages. As the NLOS error has become acrucial factor to influence mobile user location precision in diversified cellular network types, the ways to mitigate the influence of NLOS had been investigated, and the practicability of the algorithms was confirmed by Matlab.
