Wide Area Flowing Community's Management And It's Forecasting Technology

The HRMIS is an important tool to enhance the human resources management standardization, the informationization and the intellectualized level. Its management capacity and intellectualized level plays an vital role in enterprise or organization's sustainable development. The Wide Area Flowing Community has a distributed character and therefore fits certain especial management method. So we need to propose a kind of appropriate management model.This paper introduced a new model to manage the Wide Area Flowing Community. This model is a three-level structure, including communication infrastructure layer, system safeguard layer and application layer.In order to solve the security problem in distributional management, the model applies the PKI technology to realize communication security. In view of the distributional database uniform problem, the application system and the database of various departments use work flow to communicate with each other.This paper proposed a kind of improved main memory data cache technology to solve the multi-dimensional statistics's low efficiency. In this realization, the SQL sentence explanation used the high-level program language translation technology. The multi-dimensional statistics optimization techniques is the result of the transformation on data struct. After the improvement, the multi-dimensional statistics showed extremely high efficiency.The personnel structural forecast play an importance role in the Wide Area Flowing Community's management. This paper has established a personnel department flowing forecast model and a personnel replacement project evaluation model, both of which based on the Markov chain. The first model is used to analysis personnel structure change. The other one is used to provide decision support on personnel structure improvement.This paper has applied an improved vision of the model to the improvement of the military officer's information management system. This application has established a military officer authentication system, solved the date quality statistics's efficiency problem and established a kind of method to evaluate the value of the future military officer supplement plan.
