The Internet will evolve into an ecotypic network system with diversity, initiative, scalability, adaptability, self-organization, autonomy, and self-recovery in the future. On the other hand, over millions of years of evolution, large-scale natural ecosystems including human society have developed many mechanisms that allow them to scale, adapt, and survive. These mechanisms exactly meet the key requirements of the next generation Internet services and applications. The conception of "ecotypic network" and the subject of construction of "ecotypic network" were first creatively presented under such background so as to optimize the network structure and promote the evolving of the Internet. Some important principles and mechanisms in natural ecosystem and mobile Agent technique were used to design and build up a new ecotypic network architecture model in this thesis. The ecotypic network architecture includes two essential parts which are ecotypic network platform and bio-entities. And, we apply the principle of energy-flow in the natural ecosystem to control the behavior of bio-entities, such as replication, reproduction, death, and weigh the network resource used by bio-entities. Then the control mechanism of the ecotypic network system designed and management function of energy are discussed. We established a mathematical model to analyze the influence of the migration of the bio-entities in the ecotypic network system to the population distribution. The relationship between the migration rate and the population distribution was also studied. The conclusions get provided us with an effective measure to improve the macro quality of emergent services. The researches on network architecture model and emergengce algorithms based on natural ecosystem enrich the theory of ecological network architecture, and present a new solution for building a scalable, adaptive, self-evolution next-generation Internet environment.
