Oil or gas reservior has fractal characteristics .The analysis of well test is to study oil and gas well and to accurately describe it.By fractal dimension that reflects the geometry property of fractal reservoir and fractal exponent ( improper diffusion index reflecting the improper of conduct rate in fractal )that reflects the state of fractal porous network connected. Furthermore, this paper proposes mathematic model for well analysis of perfectly describing the homogeneous reservoir,dual-porosity composite reservoir and double-permeability reservoir with the bottom-hole storage and the skin effects and the three kinds of outer boundary conditions (infinite boundary, constant pressure boundary and closed boundary). By using the Laplace transform method, the solution of the dimensionless reservoir pressure and dimensionless bottom-hole pressure in Laplace space is got. It is discovered to the similar structure of the solution's form in the three kinds of outer boundary conditions passing through deeply analyzes its characteristics. Furthermore, the paper designs analysistc program of well test, and it is also a deep development of flow theory of fluids.
