An assessment model of the three essential factors of electric power communications network risk has been built up respectively in this article,which are the asset,the threat and the vulnerability, then built up the risk calculation model on this foundation. The value of asset has been evaluated base on the level classificate to it and the establishment connection relations of it in the asset assessment,the threat assessment model has carried on the detailed analysis and summary to various of attribute of threat, by the attributes which were different determined the threat occurs possibility,the vnlnerability assessment model has carried on detailed classified recognition to vulnerability, thus determined its severe degree. Two risk calculation model has been established ,one was the risk caculation model of quantitative based on the improvement to the caculation formulate ,and this model has been confirmed by the example of optic fiber .the other was the risk calculation model of quantitative measurement combined with qualitative analysis which based on the multilevel fuzzy with Analytic Hierarchy Process method.Finally the secondly model was confirmed by taking the trunk circuit of electric power communications network as the example , which indicated this model has the relative accuracy and objective to the computed result of risk value compared to the assessment result. |
