With the development of global information technology, allprofessions and trades all have the urgent need to realizemodernized administration of various information, so ContentManagement(CM) came into being.As a data revolution,CM needs toadministrate all infomation in database, including production ,business,trade, client information etc.CM has started muchearlier in abroad, and has developed relatively mature.Thehomeland enterprise has been familiar with the word CM with inthe past few years,those firms, who pay much more attention toproviding CM rsolving scheme ,are confronted with biggerpressure than they are in abroad. A lot of global surveyorganizations all think that CM has the very considerablemarketplace and investment within several future years. China isthe market that attracts the whole world.Up till now, the understanding and accept status for CM ofhomeland consumer is still very limited, the value of CM isstill not excavated sufficiently, and has very big developmentpotentials.In building campus network, mare and more colleges wereconvinced of the essentiality of using Content ManagementSystem(CMS) to administer complicated info, and put forwardtheir own demands in succession. Then it is indicated to offer auniversal CM piatform for managing and publishing infomation oncampus.In order to resolve the problems according to campuscharacteristics,for example, organs are complex,and web sitesare so various and disperse that go against management,thispaper deeply researched the envioroment of college web, designed a set of Web Content Management System, which is based onHyperContent framework and fits building and managing campus websites.Besides, this paper suggested secondary resolve scheme forapplying the system to running campus sites more effectively.The mission of this paper orginates from the design andrealization of campus CM system in the digitization campusproject,which being completed in the following three parts:1,The systematic structure is built on the basis ofHyperContent frame, and carries out a all-round website offunction content management system including system deploy ,function design , module combination.2,On the basis of the relation database XML, we will combinethe disperse XML document system memory structure and relationdatabase storing method, and make the system be applied tovarious data base administration platform,we shall not only makeuse of the efficient and fast file system mode to make memoryaccess,but also give full play to the ability of database foradministrating metadata,improving data memory and theflexibility of querry.We put forward the storage strategy of campus website CMsystem, and point out that we should make the date in XML filesystem store in relation database in order to make good use ofmamagement technology and interface technology of relationdatabase to management,examination and statistic of web datasource.First we should make theoretical analysis of the storageof XML file system in relation database, then we should designrelation data list according to the structure of directory treein XML file system, and finally we should introduce theinterface design and method implementation of relation database storage and demonstrate the implementation result.The storagestrategy that we put forward here is very important,we willreallize the bottom support of relation database, and throughwhich the development of flexible and dynamic high-levelprojects(such as the access-control and access statistic of thepublished sites) in the campus site CM system upper explorationhas become simple.3,Client module designWe have put forward the usage information statistics of thepublished sites, and the control method of web access rights,and we will break the customs that the published sites are leftunregulated in the traditional CM system, and help the websitemanagers macrosopicly control the operation condition of all thesites.If we discover problems, we will take measures in time, inorder to bring better income for the website.We have realizedthe management function of clients through campus site CM systemand have solved the problems that the published sites are leftunregulated in the traditional CM system.First ,we put forwardthe main demand of client management module is the accessstatistics and access control of visitors, and then we willintroduce the data source of information collection and accesscontrol for visitors and will design the date sheet structure ofrelation database management.We will design the complete clientmanagement process through the detailed analisis of the webuser's process of aceess statistics and control and making useof Servlet filter component.Finally, we will make programmingrealize the function of the modules.The significance of research campus site CM system in thispaper is just as following:1,We will establish the website ,edit contents and publish information conveniently through CM system, and will reduce thecomplexity of campus site construction ,make the websiteoperation easier,maintain the content of web human-computerinteraction interface easier. It is not only accord with thetidal current of application and development at present, butalso satisfy the users for managing the sites anytime anywhereand the newer demand.2,we will realize the commit of customized environment andpersonalized information, and we can use different kinds oflanguages.3,The flexiblility of data storage.we will combine the XMLfile system and relation database,making the content repeatedusing conviently.4,We will get website access situation by the statistics ofweb users's access information, in order to improve the designof website,and provide individual services.5,We will strenghten the safety of accessing some specialwebsite,by IP-based access control of web users ,make websitemanagement more flexible and practical.The second development scheme in this paper is mainly aboutthe analysis of the two critical problems: the improvement ofcontent storage method and the management of publishedwebsite.It is not only making the main information and metadatastored in the relation database, improving the system structureof XML file.We will design the CM system client modulemanagement by making use of flexible statistics function ofrelation database and filter function of Servlet in server, andwe will realize the access control and statistics of publishedwebsites.The CM system realization function that is designed in this paper includes: 1,storing ,editing and publishing differentkinds of files, and storing the history record of file updating.2,Providing extensible and customized frame for the editors.3,The system can distinguish the relationship between thefiles,making the access control of files and arrival ofpublishing sites.4,The data storage support XML file system anddifferent kinds of relation database.5,We will make statisticanalysis of usage information in published websites in order tomake access control. And finally we will realize the informationmanagement of campus website system,making the interior andexterior publishing of website content convenient. We will makethe website background data management standard,unify datastorage format and reduce the input of website maintenance.Wewill also make the information feedback and access control ofpublished websites,strenghen safety management.According to the scheme design and modification in thispaper, the website CM system that is based on HyperContent hasbeen running in the whole institute.It is proved that thisscheme is so effective and will have further development.
