Measurement is the nature of a person to understand the scientific method. Through a variety of measurement, the number of people will be able to describe the material around the world, revealed the existence of laws of nature, and promote the constant progress of science and technology. Metrology is a study measuring guarantee the reunification of theoretical and practical issues of discipline, also is to study and improve the measurement accuracy of the guarantee money of the unity of a subject. Temperature measurement of temperature or of school is an important measure of the branch, in the national economy in the areas it occupies a certain position. People's daily life, industrial and agricultural production and scientific experiments, and many other aspects of temperature measurement and has a very close relationship. Temperature is an important physical, in the course of industrial production is the most common, the most important technological parameters of. With the era of progress and social development, science and technology constantly updated, the temperature range requirements continue to expand, while the temperature measurement accuracy requirements continues to increase. The temperature measurement requirements are also increasing, but also a growing range of temperature detection technology requirements are also getting higher and higher. Therefore, the temperature detection and temperature detection technology research is also an important research topic.The main work is to study and design based on the STC89C51-temperature detection system so that it applied to the production of electronic products, food processing, industrial production and other medical equipment production, in the practical application of a very broad prospect . Paper, include:(1) Description based on the design of the SCM-temperature detection system the purpose and significance, introduced a microcontroller technology development and application of temperature measurement technology at home and abroad, temperature measurement methods and temperature measurement technology and the development of the status quo Trends are discussed.(2) According to the design requirements we select the appropriate device based on the composition of the SCM-temperature detection system, including the selection of Central Processing Unit, Temperature Sensor, Amplifier, A/D Converter and the Serial Communication Devices, etc. Whether the device selected is appropriate is the key to achieve requirements of this temperature-detection system design.(3)Using the devices selected design and achieve hardware part of the SCM-temperature detection system. At first we plan the hardware system architecture of the SCM-temperature detection system, and then determine the specific structure of Temperature Sensor circuit, measuring amplifier circuit, Low pass filter circuit according to the design requirements. At last according to the plan we will connect all parts of circuit to form a complete hardware system.(4)According to the hardware structure of the SCM-temperature detection system, we plan the processes of the PC and SCM of the system. The SCM program is mainly responsible for the temperature data collection, simply data processing and sending data to PC through communication module. The PC is mainly responsible for receiving the data to send from the SCM, converting data to temperature, making Median Filtering to the data and finally displaying the data to screen and store the data to database.The fundamental research and the experiment analyzes of this paper has great meaning for the practical application...
