With the rapid growing speed of the Internet pervading, service systems based on the Internet are getting more and more. People are going to like making business online. The DRM (Digital Rights Management) systems which are based on digital contents are one of the examples. And with the emerging of the different DRM systems, one big problem comes to us. How to make these varied DRM systems with different architecture get together to some certain degree, and make them interoperate with each other in order to make users operate with great convenience, realize resources sharing and improve the level of resources utilization to the utmost extent. Meanwhile, the end users usually do not want their private information to be let out to those service providers, who always want to utilize the information for their commercial intents, through a certain mechanism when they are trading online. So it requires a kind of authentic mechanism to prevent the sensitive information of users from infraction. According to these requirements, this paper designed and developed Uniform User Authentication Platform of DRM system, introduced the way of designing and the system structure, and classified the system into four pieces, i.e. Identification Authentication, Interoperation, Information Management and Private Information Anonymity. It helps people interoperate with each other through DRM systems of different architecture and implements some of the functions in connection with interoperation. Also, we built a kind of mechanism to make anonymity to user information and protect users'private information accordingly, so that they can't be known by other organizations.
